*High Impact Sports: Would you Allow your Children to Play?*
Whether it's football, soccer, basketball, tennis, boxing, etc. there is always a chance that the player can get injured. Sometimes those injuries are severe and cause players to develop problems in the future. One of the most common injuries that can result is a concussion. Many people don't believe that it's not a major condition, but that is far from the reality. In the future, many of these people who are injured more than once can develop dementia pugilistica, a condition similar to Parkinson's disease. The symptoms can take up to 16 years to occur. It's extremely difficult to grasp the side effects of these sports and there is no way to fully protect your children. If it's their passion, let them experience it. Unfortunately, sometimes you have no choice.
